Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Lást is proud to share it's products with people all over the world. If you are unsure about shipping to your location, just get in contact, we will be happy to organise it.
How much does shipping my map cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on where in the world you are right now. For domestic shipping in the UK, it costs £4.40 . International shipping costs between £10.15 & £12.50.
What shipping service do you use?
Lást uses Royal Mail for all it's shipping because of it's incredible reputation. For those of you in the UK, we use Royail Mail First Class Signed. For all you folks outside of the UK, Royal Mail International Tracked is used.
How long does shipping take?
This depends on your lcoation, but for all orders we endeavor to dispatch your map within two days of you placing your order. Once out for delivery, UK orders can expect to take between 2 - 4 working days, and interational shipping should take between 7 - 15 working days. If you have any questions about your order status, just drop us an email.

What is a Giclée Print?
Giclée is a fine art digital printing process that produces higher quality print and long-lasting results. If you want to know more, visit this awesome site for more information.
What paper will my map be printed on?
Your map is printed on Hahnemüle Photorag. This paper has a matt finish, smooth texture and is weighted at 308 gsm. It offers incredible contrast and excellent detail, making it a super high quality paper. It is delicate, making it perfect for mounting and framing, so take extra care when handling your map.
How do I commission a map Lást hasn't drawn yet?
We love hearing from people who want a new map of their favourite adventure. We have a lot of advenutres to draft, but if your favourite trail isn't available yet, email us! We would be very happy to arrange a personalised map or draft a brand new trail for you on commission.
The Brand
What does the R in your logo mean?
The R is is taken from the Anglo-Saxon futhorc, a variation of the runic alphabet. Runes had long been used before the adoption of the Latin based alphabet, with each letter holding particular meanings. The Rad rune, or Raidho in the Scandinavian form, symbolises a journey, movement, and direction, along with other things like adventure, decision making and the right path.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Lást accepts all standard card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our online payment host is Stripe, which accepts payments worldwide, maintaining the highest level of safety and service. We also accept payments through Pay Pal.
Do you accept refunds?
Lást does not accept refunds. If you are unhappy with your product, get in touch and we will make sure we resolve the issue. We are more than happy to arrange a replacement if your map is not up to standard.
How much does my map cost in my currency?
Our maps can only be viewed currently in GBP. We are working on creating a site in which the cost of your map will be automatically generated based on the currency used in your location.
How do I pay using an card registered outside of the UK?
Paying with a card not registered in the UK isn't a probelm at all. We use Stripe as our payment host, which allows your to pay using the currency of your choice, no matter where your card is registered. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard and American Express, along with others. You can slo pay using Pay Pal.
