York, the ancient Viking capital of England. There's no city like it, from it's Roman roots to it's spooky alley ways, it's formidable Medieval city wall to it's riverside gardens. Your map covers the old city centre which is now the area surrounded by the wall, following the River Ouse north and south out into some of the most loved spots in the city.

Nestled within the maze of old streets are some of the many iconic locations, museums and haunts. Featured alongside are a Canada Goose and some Otters, visitors you may have shared your adventure with. You'll also notice a little Tansy beetle, an endangered resident that now has it's last stronghold on the banks of the Ouse.
