If you aren't happy with your artwork, or if something isn't right, just get in touch and let us know. We make, print and pack your map with love and the up-most care, so if something is damaged send pictures to info@lastmaps.com and we will take it from there. Although we do not offer refunds we can arrange a replacement. 

We ship worldwide and endeavour to get your print on the way as soon as we can. If you are in the UK, that means it should be on it's way within 2 -3 days, and you will receive a tracking number to keep your eye on it. For those of you beautiful people all over the world - shipping times vary depending on customs procedures.

P.s. Remember, when selecting a mounted frame, always choose the frame one size bigger than the print. i.e. for A3 prints, choose an A2 frame with an A3 mount. For A4 prints, choose an A3 frame with an A4 mount.
